Pseudo-Planche push-ups.

If your goal is to do planche push-ups one day, this is your stepping stone.  

Pseudo-Planche push-ups allows you to lift higher percentage of your body weight than
regular push-ups would. While shifting the emphasis away from your triceps, this exercise
severely taxes the front of the shoulders.

Pseudo-Planche push-ups are among the body weight exercises that I suggest, for power
development. I usually perform this exercise my fists, but you may choose an open hand. Both
versions are demonstrated.

Begin by assuming the push-ups
position.  Walk you body forward till
your hands are under your lower
abdomen.
